What is The Exodus Road? Why have you chosen them as the Charity?
The Exodus Road is an incredible charity organization that puts boots on the ground to rescue victims of the worst abuse imaginable, Human Trafficking. You can learn more about them here: https://theexodusroad.com
I chose this charity because they not only partner with local police to create a case, and report the trafficking, they train and deploy civilians to the location, AND partner with local social workers and resources to ensure the victims are taken care of afterwards, rather than simply returning them to their families.
My mission as a business owner is to empower women. Human Trafficking is the greatest form of disempowerment, and I feel a responsibility to leverage my resources to change the narrative.
